Walls fail differently from fences. Nobody climbs a vault wall — they drill it, break it, or cut through it, and they do it slowly and quietly in the belief that the structure itself is the security. A solid wall with no sensor on it is a delay with no alarm attached.
WallAlert is a passive vibration-based system that detects attempts to breach solid structures — walls, vaults, safes and warehouse shells. It works by analyzing the vibration patterns that forced entry produces, which are distinct from the ambient vibration of traffic, machinery and weather that any building experiences all day.
Passive matters here. There is nothing to emit, nothing to align, and nothing an intruder can detect by sweeping the structure. The sensor reads what the wall is already telling it.
Perimeter thinking tends to stop at the fence line, but a building shell is a perimeter too, and it is often the softer one. A warehouse with a well-detected fence and an undetected roof or party wall has moved the problem rather than solved it. If you have already secured the fence, the structure is the next honest question to ask.

Bank vaults and cash centers are the obvious case, but the same reasoning applies to data center shells, secure storage, pharmaceutical and high-value warehousing, and any structure where the contents justify a patient attacker.
