What you can plan

Fence and wall sensor cable on the barrier you already have. Each zone reports to a processor (LPU), so every alarm names the zone it came from.

Chain-link fence

IRONCLAD

Fence-mounted sensor cable for chain-link fences. About IRONCLAD

Welded mesh, palisade, rigid fences

MicAlert

Sensor cable for welded mesh, rigid panels, palisade, railing and aluminum fences. About MicAlert

Walls

WallAlert

Vibration sensors mounted on the wall. About WallAlert

For long, buried or covert perimeters, and for 3D LiDAR coverage of a site.

Fiber-optic sensing

RaySense

For long, buried or covert perimeters. The fiber carries no electronics or power, so all the hardware sits in one rack, a redundant loop survives a cable cut, and intrusions are pinpointed to 3 m / 10 ft. About RaySense

3D LiDAR

PulseVi

Design LiDAR sensor coverage along a site perimeter, including buildings and parked trucks that block the view. About PulseVi

How the fence and wall planner works

  1. Find your site

Enter an address, a place name or coordinates, then zoom in until the fence is clear. Show distances in feet or meters.

  2. Choose the fence or wall type

Chain-link for IRONCLAD, welded mesh, rigid panels, palisade or railing for MicAlert, or a wall for WallAlert. You can change a single zone later.

  3. Draw the perimeter

Click the map at each corner of the fence, or import the fence line from a Google Earth or GIS file (KML or KMZ).

  4. Place the processors, gates and accessories

The tool places the LPUs and splits the fence into zones. Drag an LPU to where power is available, then add gates and accessories.

  5. Get the quote and share it

The bill of materials updates with every change. Copy it into an email, or copy an editable link that opens your site map in the planner.

Before you start

You can start with eight quick, optional questions about the site: type, perimeter, fence or wall, and gates. Your answers pre-select the fence type in the planner and travel with the quote you copy to email.

For a full site survey, download the General Site Questionnaire and return it to [email protected].

Common questions

Is the Design Tool free?

Yes. You register with your name, work email, company and country so we can prepare your quote and follow up on your project. Your details go to RBtec only and are not shared with third parties.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The tool walks you through each step and shows what to do next on the map. If you get stuck, talk to an engineer.

Can I import my site plan?

Yes. Import the fence line from a Google Earth or GIS export (KML or KMZ).

Is it available in Spanish?

Yes. Switch the language at the top right of the tool, or open the Spanish version.

Can I share a design with a colleague or customer?

Yes. Copy an editable link from the quote step. Anyone with the link opens the same site map in the planner, ready to edit.
